This article applies to the following ScreenBeam products:
ScreenBeam 1100 Plus Conference feature allows Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) users to wireless conference and utilize the desired UC client for video conferencing.
Issue: On MacOS, the UC client app (i.e., Teams or Zoom) video shows a green screen instead of the video feed from the camera.
Reason: The software installation or upgrade did not install the drivers correctly.
Close MacOS ScreenBeam Conference and meeting applications (Teams/Zoom/etc.).
Run the Mac SB Conference uninstall utility (Under Applications > SB Conference > ".SB Conference Uninstaller"
Re-install ScreenBeam Conference software again.
- Reboot the system for good measure.
