The display settings on your device may need to be changed. Ensure that the display mode is set to either Duplicate or Extended mode:
- Connect your device to ScreenBeam as normal.
- Right-click or long-tap an unoccupied space on the Windows desktop.
- Select Screen Resolution from the context menu that appears.
- Select either "Duplicate these displays" or "Extend these displays" from the Multiple Displays drop-down list.
- Click the Apply button.
