    Hi,

    FW .43 is bringing us a lot of issues. Screen gets stuck everything 10 seconds.

    Could you please help?

    I agree with Fulvio.  The .43 is causing a lot of issues. I have over 20 960 devices and after updating I am having many issues.  Screen is freezing and random disconnections.  I did not have these issues before the update.

    Please resolve and release a new update

    We're also having issues with random disconnections and have quite a few devices that are unable to connect after fw upgrade.

    I think with windows 1903 september cumulative update things broke down by Microsoft with the miracast protocol.
    We got random disconnection, we reconnect with the screenbeam and it drops out after a few minutes . If we use windows 1803 or 1809 we dont have this problem.
    this is for al the frimware with 9.15.42 and lower

    The 9.15.43 is buggy and cause screen freezes the only solution for us was to downgrade.

    I just did an upgrade from 9.15.42.0 to 9.15.43.0

    Seeing lots of issues where the Screenbeam will not display or project and will only display a blank screen.

    Rebooting will resolve it but also seeing repeat issues so we will be downgrading.

    I've upgraded from 9.15.42.0 to 9.15.44.0 and we got randomly disconnection (sometimes after a few minutes). We use mostly Windows 10 1903 and 1909.
