The controller fails to display the Join and Start buttons
- Make sure the Zoom user credential provided is correct.
- Make sure the Zoom account is not login on other PC and mobile devices.
The calendar fails to display onscreen
The calendar function is known to be a bit unstable.
- Make sure the feature is enabled from the setting.
- Make sure a calendar .ics URL is provided (Refer to the User Guide)
- Avoid enabling Google Cast mirroring
Calendar with scheduled recurring meetings are out of order or not showing the upcoming meeting(s)
This is a known issue.
The USB Camera is not working or the video cannot be seen
- Make sure the USB Camera is plugged in to the 1100 Plus USB port prior to powering it on
- Refer to the recommended USB Camera list in https://uc.screenbeam.com
Camera video is unstable and video stream freezes
- Make sure ScreenBeam 1100 Plus has solid Internet connect. Ethernet connection is recommended.
- If a touchscreen is connected to ScreenBeam 1100 Plus, remove it and see if the performance improves.
Single Sign-On and personal email account are not supported
Known limitation. A Zoom account is required.
Mirrored device content automatically share to Zoom remote participants
This is by design.
Miracast connected device sometimes fail to share with Zoom remote participants
Known issue. This may occur in Single or Quick Switch display mode.
Google Cast connection is not available or gets disconnected when in Zoom video conference
This is a limitation. Current Google Cast is not being supported.
Microphone and Camera buttons are not available before starting a meeting on demand
This is a known issue. They will be available in the future version.
In Multi-View display mode, Airplay mirroring cannot share screen the second time after un-share
This is a known issue. It will be addressed in the future version.
Multiple webcam screens are shown on the Presentation mode after a long duration meeting
This is a known issue. It will be addressed in the future version.
Windows Miracast device mirrored mouse cursor does not show if Miracast is connected prior to starting the Zoom meeting
This is a known issue. It will be addressed in the future version.
In Multi-View display mode; When a meeting ends during an Airplay mirroring session, the following mirroring connection shows an image from the previous Airplay mirroring
This is a known issue. It will be addressed in the future version.
