Reset procedure for ScreenBeam 1100 Plus, 1100, and 1000EDU
With the ScreenBeam powered on and with the Ready to Connect screen displayed (no active wireless display sessions or activity on the HDMI input) press and hold the blue LED multifunction button on the ScreenBeam for 10 seconds, you will see a message overlay on the Ready to Connect screen that the device is being reset to Factory Default settings.
Alternatively, connect to the Local Management Interface of the ScreenBeam (refer to this article if you need that process) and go to the Maintenance tab, then select the option to Reset the receiver. Reset will return the ScreenBeam to Factory Default settings, Soft Reset will preserve the Wi-Fi network connection and CMS server information, but all other settings will reset to Factory Default.
Reset procedure for ScreenBeam 960 and 750
With the ScreenBeam powered on and with the Ready to Connect screen displayed (no active wireless display sessions or activity on the HDMI input) use a paperclip, toothpick, or other small object to press and hold the Reset button on the back side of the ScreenBeam for 10 seconds, you will see a message overlay on the Ready to Connect screen that the device is being reset to Factory Default settings.
